Shipping & Ordering

We pride ourselves on the fact that we have a 24 to 36 hour processing time for all orders regardless of their shipping method.  However, we strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.  We process orders up until 6:00PM ET on weekdays and up until 1:00PM on Saturdays & Sundays.

**We do not process orders on major U.S Holidays.  Your order will be processed the next following business day.**

**Restrictions on Expedited Shipping options.  You will be incur additional fees for upgraded Expedite Shipping options.**

Domestic Orders:

USPS First Class Mail (“snail mail”) 2-7 business days* in transit
USPS Priority (standard shipping) 2-4 business days* in transit
USPS service days: Monday – Saturday. 
APO/FPO: For orders shipped to military addresses, the shipment can take up to 14 days in transit.

The U.S. Postal Service delivers packages Monday-Saturday. This should be taken into consideration when estimating delivery dates. Tracking will be available through the USPS website.  *These estimated transit times refer to the time it takes the package to reach its destination once it has been shipped. They do not include our processing time.*

International Orders:

We must charge the following fee for international orders:

Canada: $13.00 Flat Rate Shipping

APO/DPO/FPO/Other Military Address:  Additional $7.99 for Expedited Shipping

International Shipping is available now for a flat rate of $49.

 

Late Shipments

We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are nonrefundable through us.  However, the shipping methods listed below are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier with certain exceptions.  These exceptions are usually weather delays and failed delivery attempts. For more information, please contact the carrier directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier:

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account.  

Inaccuracies with Address Information:

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:

Any lost, stolen or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Innovative Health Labs, Inc., and any issues arising from packages/shipments not received must be resolved with the postal carrier in use and the consumer.
